Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  3. Pat salmon fillets dry and drizzle with the remaining olive oil or melted butter. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Place seasoned salmon fillets in the prepared dish and spread the Boursin mixture over each fillet.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
