  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.

  • 1 cup Extra Cheese For additional mozzarella on top.

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the drained pasta with chicken, sliced banana peppers, and Alfredo sauce. Fold gently to combine.
  4. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until combined.
  5. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the pasta mixture in, spreading it evenly.
  6. Add extra mozzarella on top if desired.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
