  2. Marinate Chicken: Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Toss until coated, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat Grilling Surface: Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (around 400°F / 200°C).
  4. Skewer Chicken: Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  5. Grill Chicken: Grill the skewers for 10 to 15 minutes, turning every 2 to 3 minutes, until golden-brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
