- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your loaf pan by greasing or lining it.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, milk, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared loaf pan and mold it into a loaf shape.
- Spread a layer of BBQ sauce over the top of the shaped meatloaf.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes in the pan.
- Slice the meatloaf into even portions and serve warm with your favorite sides.
