  1. Thinly slice the beef against the grain and marinate with soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic for 15-30 minutes.
  2. Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok over medium-high heat, sear the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes on one side and flip to cook for another minute.
  4. Stir-fry sliced bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Add snap peas and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring to combine.
  6. Return cooked beef to the pan, pour in the sauce, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until well-coated.
