  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, dill pickle relish, yellow mustard, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Chop the lettuce, finely dice the onion, slice the pickles, and shred the cheddar cheese. Set aside.
