Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the mixed salad greens thoroughly under cold water and dry them.
  2. Rinse the fresh blueberries under cool water and let them drain.
  3. Roughly chop the pistachios and sprinkle them over the salad greens.
  4. Crumble the feta cheese and thinly slice the red onion before adding them to the bowl.
  5. Whisk together the olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until emulsified.
