Coating
  • 12 oz White Chocolate or Candy Melts Dark chocolate works as a substitute
Decorations
  • 10 pcs Mini Marshmallows Cut in half for bunny ears
  • 1 tbsp Pink Sugar Sprinkles For decorating bunny ears
  • 2 oz Black Candy Melts or Edible Marker For facial details

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
Coating and Decorating
  1. Melt white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  2. Dip each ball in the melted chocolate and return to parchment.
  3. Decorate with mini marshmallow halves for ears and add facial features using black candy melts or edible marker.
  4. Let sit at room temperature or refrigerate for 20-30 minutes until the chocolate is set.
