Dough Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually add warm milk and mix until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Filling Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine grated carrots and chopped herbs. Mix in melted butter and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
Roll Shaping
- Once dough has risen, punch it down and divide into two pieces. Roll one piece into a rectangle, spread half of the filling, cut into 12 squares, then stack in a greased baking pan.
Second Rise
- Repeat the process with the second piece of dough and filling. Cover and let rise for another 30-45 minutes. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Baking
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
Garnishing and Serving
- Pull apart the rolls and garnish with parsley. Serve on a platter for guests to enjoy.
