Method
 

Instructions
  1. Pour your favorite cereal into a bowl and add enough milk to fully submerge the cereal. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Strain the cereal mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a clean bowl, pressing down to extract as much liquid as possible.
  3. Combine the strained cereal milk with rolled oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Stir until creamy.
  4. Transfer into airtight containers and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve topped with fresh fruit, extra cereal, or nut butter if desired.
