  1. Begin by placing a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and warming it for about 2 minutes until evenly heated.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of chili crisp to the skillet, allowing it to sizzle and release its aroma.
  3. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of sesame oil over the chili crisp and wait for the oil to shimmer slightly.
  4. Create a small crater in the chili crisp mixture and gently crack an egg into it, being careful not to break the yolk.
  5. Cook the egg for around 3 to 4 minutes until the egg whites are set but the yolk remains runny.
  6. Decide on yolk preference; for runny yolks, transfer egg to a plate, or flip and cook for an additional minute for firmer yolks.
