  • 10 oz White Chocolate Melting Discs Ideal for coating and creating adorable designs; substitute with candy melts if desired.
  • 10 oz Dark Chocolate Melting Discs Great for drizzling or coating sprinkled pretzels; milk chocolate is an alternative.
For the Decorations
  • 1 cup White Nonpareil Sprinkles Adds a touch of fun to sheep pretzels.
  • 1 cup Candy Eyes Bring your animal designs to life; available in different sizes for customizing.
  • 1 cup Pink Heart Sprinkles Perfect for adding cute rabbit noses.
  • 1 cup Pastel Sprinkles For a cheerful decoration finish.

Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowls
  • Piping bags
  • Parchment paper
  • Refrigerator

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt the white and dark chocolate melting discs in separate microwave-safe bowls at 50% power for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth and glossy.
  2. Dip mini pretzel twists into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Lift them out and let excess chocolate drip off. Place on parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes.
  3. Once the chocolate on your rabbit pretzels is firm, use a piping bag to pipe melted white chocolate for the bunny’s face and ears. Attach candy eyes and pink heart sprinkles for noses.
  4. Dip pretzels in white chocolate for sheep pretzels, sprinkle white nonpareils over while still wet, and chill in the fridge for about 5 minutes.
  5. For sprinkled pretzels, dip them in melted dark chocolate, then sprinkle with colorful sprinkles before chilling for about 5 minutes.
  6. Optionally drizzle melted dark chocolate on top of some pretzels and chill briefly until set.
  7. Chill all decorated pretzels for at least 5 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
