Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Brew the coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and eggs, blend until smooth.
  3. Dip ladyfingers into the cooled coffee for 2-3 seconds per side and layer in a dish.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the first layer of ladyfingers.
  5. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers and spread the remaining mascarpone mixture on top.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
