Preparation
  1. Wash and dry all vegetables, then chop the romaine, halve the tomatoes, and slice the cucumber and onion. Arrange them in separate bowls.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and mayonnaise. Gradually add in vinegar and lemon juice while whisking.
  3. Slowly drizzle olive oil while stirring to combine the dressing. Add honey and herbs, mixing well.
  4. In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients and drizzle with dressing. Toss gently to ensure even coverage.
  5. Before serving, add croutons and extra feta if desired. Serve immediately.
