Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish with butter or spray, then dust with flour.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut, flour, and sugar, whisk gently.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients, stir gently until just combined.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
