  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the pork sausage and bacon until browned and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Combine softened cream cheese and sour cream in a mixing bowl using a hand mixer until smooth. Add whole milk, eggs, ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, mixing until well integrated.
  4. Fold in the cooked sausage and bacon, followed by the thawed hash browns and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spread evenly, and top with the remaining cheddar cheese. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
