Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Place boneless chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour taco seasoning over them.
  2. Top the chicken with cream cheese.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken once cooked and mix with the melted cream cheese.
  5. Return shredded mixture to slow cooker and heat for another 5-10 minutes.
  6. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  7. Assemble tacos with chicken, cheese, and toppings.
  8. Serve immediately with fresh cilantro and a dollop of sour cream.
