- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in cream cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the thawed hashbrowns in the baking dish.
- Add the sausage mixture on top of the hashbrowns.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over everything.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on top.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
- Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before garnishing with chives or green onions.
