Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in cream cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the thawed hashbrowns in the baking dish.
  5. Add the sausage mixture on top of the hashbrowns.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over everything.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on top.
  8. Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
  9. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before garnishing with chives or green onions.
