Preparation Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Whisk until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Choose your favorite dish for layering—trifle bowl, mason jars, or a baking dish.
- Pour a generous layer of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of your chosen vessel. Layer sliced bananas, followed by crushed cookies. Repeat process until all ingredients are used.
- For presentation, top the last layer of yogurt with additional banana slices and crushed cookies.
- Cover securely and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Carefully uncover and serve. Optionally add more banana slices and cookie bits on top.
