  3. Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Stir for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Combine Cream Ingredients: Pour in heavy cream and whole milk, stir and let simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken.
  5. Add Cheese: Whisk in parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Incorporate All Ingredients: Slice rested steak and return to the skillet with tortellini. Toss in the creamy sauce for 2 minutes.
