For the Pasta
  • 8 oz Twisted Pasta (Rotini/Fusilli) Opt for gluten-free pasta if preferred
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Half-and-half or non-dairy cream can be used
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Nutritional yeast is a dairy-free substitute
  • 2 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning Adjust to your heat preference

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Sear the sirloin steak bites for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, lower the heat, add butter until melted. Stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the drained pasta to the sauce, stir well, then fold in Parmesan cheese and seared steak bites. Heat through for a minute to serve.
