  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce tamari for gluten-free
For the Noodles
  • 2 packets Instant Ramen Noodles can substitute with udon or soba
For the Greens
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach can replace with kale or Swiss chard
For the Finish
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese for a vegan alternative, use nutritional yeast
  • 2 pieces Green Onions chopped
  • Chili Flakes optional
  • 2 pieces Lemon Wedges for serving

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes per side, until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant and lightly golden.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, scraping up browned bits from the skillet. Bring to a simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and soy sauce. Simmer for an additional 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add ramen noodles, pressing down to submerge. Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally until noodles are tender.
  7. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet along with any accumulated juices. Add baby spinach and stir for about 1 minute until wilted.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the ramen. Stir until melted and incorporated.
  9. Serve in bowls, topping with extra chicken, green onions, chili flakes, and a lemon wedge on the side.
