For the Sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar Can be replaced with coconut sugar

  • 1/2 cup Crushed Pecans Can substitute with walnuts or almonds

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash 4 cups of grapes under cool running water, gently rub each grape, then pat them dry and remove the stems.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of light sour cream, 1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt, and 2 tablespoons of confectioners sugar. Beat with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Gently fold the prepared grapes into the creamy base until coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and 1/2 cup of crushed pecans.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
