Method
 

Directions
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add chopped bacon and fry for 6–8 minutes until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, honey, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine thawed peas, diced red onion, sharp cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon. Pour dressing over and gently fold together.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.
  5. Stir gently before serving, garnishing with fresh parsley if desired.
