Method

Instructions
  1. Soak the Rice Paper: Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Submerge each rice paper sheet in the water for about 10-15 seconds until soft and pliable. Lay them flat on a damp surface to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the Filling: Combine filling ingredients in a bowl including vermicelli noodles, carrots, cabbage, protein, green onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix gently.
  3. Assemble the Rolls: Take a softened rice paper and place it on the damp surface. Spoon a portion of filling in the center, fold sides over, and roll tightly.
  4. Oil the Rolls: Lightly brush or spray assembled rolls with oil for crispiness.
  5. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set to 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Cook the Rolls: Place the rolls seam-side down in a single layer and air fry for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crisp.
  7. Serve Your Rolls: Carefully remove from the air fryer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
