  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning Brings a burst of herby flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Enhances savory depth.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to personal preference.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by washing and drying the zucchini. Slice them into sticks approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  2. In a resealable plastic bag or a bowl, add a generous amount of all-purpose flour. Add the zucchini sticks and shake to coat evenly.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the panko crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly.
  4. In a separate bowl, crack the eggs and add a splash of water. Whisk everything together until well blended.
  5. Dip each zucchini stick into the egg mixture, then roll it in the panko mixture, pressing gently to help the coating adhere.
  6. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the coated zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry for 7-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Once cooked, remove the zucchini fries from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute. Serve warm with your choice of marinara sauce for dipping.
