Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Arrange cauliflower steaks on the baking sheet and coat both sides with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip each steak and bake for an additional 10–12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top, and bake for another 2–3 minutes until melted.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.
