- Remove leaves and stem from the cauliflower, then slice into 3/4-inch thick steaks.
- Whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Arrange cauliflower steaks on the baking sheet and coat both sides with the seasoning mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then flip each steak and bake for an additional 10–12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top, and bake for another 2–3 minutes until melted.
