  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs Use regular breadcrumbs if unavailable
For Frying
  • 2 cups Canola Oil Can substitute with vegetable or peanut oil
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley Can substitute with green onions or cilantro

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, flour, cornstarch, egg, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Dredge chicken in panko breadcrumbs, pressing firmly to coat evenly. Set aside.
  4. Heat canola oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  5. Transfer fried chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Toss in the prepared Bang Bang sauce until coated.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm as a main or appetizer.
