- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, flour, cornstarch, egg, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Dredge chicken in panko breadcrumbs, pressing firmly to coat evenly. Set aside.
