- Pat dry approximately 1 pound of deveined and peeled large shrimp with paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of whole milk, 1/4 cup of sour cream, and juice of half a lemon.
- Combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of corn starch, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of paprika.
- Dip shrimp into the milk mixture then coat in the flour mixture.
- Heat about 2 inches of oil to 325°F.
- Fry shrimp in small batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Transfer shrimp to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil and toss with the Bang Bang sauce.
