Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse and trim the Brussels sprouts, slicing each in half.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the Brussels sprouts to the baking sheet, cut side down, in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. During the last 5 minutes, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the sprouts and return to the oven to melt.
  7. Optional: Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and garnish with parsley before serving.
