- Carefully add cubes of halloumi and feta into the hot skillet, ensuring they’re not overcrowded. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and golden.
- Transfer the crisp cheese bites onto a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, honey, water, chili flakes, and optional orange zest. Simmer over low heat for about 4-5 minutes.
- Arrange the crispy halloumi & feta bites on a serving platter and serve alongside the hot honey cranberry dip.
- Garnish the platter with fresh thyme or parsley and sprinkle with sesame seeds or crushed pistachios if desired.
