  1. Slice boneless, skinless chicken breasts horizontally into thinner pieces, about ½-inch thick.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Whisk the egg and a splash of water in a separate bowl for egg wash.
