Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all your ingredients and tools, including a mixing bowl, baking sheet, and warm water for soaking the rice papers.
  2. Combine softened cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, and soy sauce in a mixing bowl, mixing until creamy and well combined.
  3. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water for about 10-15 seconds until pliable, then place on your work surface.
  4. Spoon about a tablespoon of crab filling onto the center of a rice paper wrapper, fold and seal securely.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), line baking sheet with parchment paper, brush tops with oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
