  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste
For the Curry Aioli
  • 1/2 cup Vegan Mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Curry Powder Adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Fresh is best
  • 1 clove Garlic Fresh minced, optional

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Scrub and dry the sweet potatoes, then cut off the ends.
  3. Spiralize the sweet potatoes using a spiralizer until you have long curly fries.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, toss the spiralized fries with avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the fries in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. After 25 minutes, check for doneness. If they're not golden and crispy, return to the oven.
  7. Allow the fries to cool for 10 minutes to enhance crispiness before serving.
  8. Serve the fries immediately with curry aioli for dipping.
