Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread freshly grated Parmesan cheese evenly across the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Thinly slice your yellow onions to about ⅙ inch thick and lay them over the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Coat each onion slice with avocado oil using a brush.
  5. Sprinkle paprika, coarse sea salt, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and ground black pepper over the oiled onion slices.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crisp, monitoring closely.
  7. Allow the chips to cool for about 10 minutes before breaking them into bite-sized pieces.
