  • 1 container Cool Whip Can substitute with homemade whipped cream.
  • 10 cookies Mint Oreos Crushed before layering.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the brownies. Prepare and bake the brownie mix as directed. Let cool and cut into squares.
  2. In a bowl, combine instant vanilla pudding mix with about 2 cups of cold milk. Whisk for 2 minutes until thickened. Add green food coloring to desired shade.
  3. Crush Mint Oreos in a Ziploc bag using a rolling pin until you have a mix of small chunks and fine crumbs.
  4. Layer brownie squares in a trifle bowl, followed by a layer of green vanilla pudding, a layer of Cool Whip, and a layer of crushed Oreos. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with Cool Whip and Oreos.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours for flavors to meld and layers to set.
