Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Ultimate Breakfast Lasagna
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the sausage links and cook for about 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown. Remove, slice, and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, and eggs. Stir until smooth, about 2–3 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with baking spray. Pour half of the pancake batter into the dish, then layer half of the cooked sausage pieces and half of the shredded cheese on top.
  4. Pour the remaining pancake batter over the first layer, then add the rest of the sausage pieces and top with the remaining cheese.
