Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine ranch dressing, salsa, and minced cilantro. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil and butter. Season chicken with taco seasoning and sauté for about 4 minutes on each side.
  3. In the same skillet, grill corn for 5-7 minutes until charred. Slice kernels off and set aside.
  4. Layer green leaf lettuce on a platter, adding cubed chicken, diced tomatoes, cheese, corn, avocados, and green onions.
  5. Drizzle ranch dressing over the salad, top with crushed tortilla chips and serve immediately.
