Method
 

Preparation of Chips and Salsa
  1. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl until blended. Spray tortillas with cooking spray and coat one side with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Cut into 12 wedges.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread tortilla wedges on baking sheet and bake for 11-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  3. While chips bake, prepare the salsa: Peel and chop apples, mixing with lemon juice. Dice kiwis, strawberries, and optional raspberries, combining all in a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar and add fruit preserves to salsa, mixing until coated. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  5. Remove chips from oven, let cool, and serve with fruit salsa either chilled or at room temperature.
