  • 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella Sliced.
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves Fresh.
For the Finish
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar Optional drizzle.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients.
  2. Combine olive oil with minced garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Brush the naan bread with garlic oil on a greased cookie sheet.
  4. Layer fresh mozzarella slices evenly over the brushed naan.
  5. Slice ripe peaches thinly and arrange them over the mozzarella.
  6. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  8. Optional: prepare a balsamic reduction while baking.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic reduction.
