- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes until pink.
- Incorporate 1 bunch of trimmed and cut asparagus and 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Pour in 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, toss well.
- Season with black pepper to taste, remove from heat and serve immediately.
