- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Pour in milk and vanilla, blending until combined. Gradually stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Add pink food coloring to achieve desired color.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Fill each liner about two-thirds full with batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
