Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, pour in 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk. Then, add 2 cups of frozen mango chunks and 2 medium frozen mandarin oranges. Blend together on low speed for about 30 seconds until the fruits are roughly combined.
- Next, incorporate 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt and 1/4 medium ripe avocado into the blender. Sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger, followed by 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt. Secure the lid tightly and prepare for blending.
- Blend the mixture on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy.
- If using fresh fruit instead of frozen, start with just 1 to 1.5 cups of almond milk and slowly add more until you reach your desired consistency.
- Once your Mango Orange Smoothie is perfectly blended, pour it into your favorite glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes
Using frozen fruit creates a thick, creamy texture without watering down your smoothie with ice. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
