Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a Ninja Creami pint container, combine fresh or frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Securely place the lid on the pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. Once frozen, remove from freezer, take off the lid, and place the block of yogurt into the Ninja Creami. Select the 'Lite Ice Cream' or 'Sorbet' function to process.
  4. If the mixture seems crumbly, create a small hole in the center and add a splash of milk, then re-spin.
  5. For optional mix-ins, create a hole in the center after the first spin and add mini chocolate chips or chopped strawberries. Use the 'Mix-in' function to incorporate.
  6. Scoop out the frozen yogurt and serve immediately, topped with fresh fruit or in a crunchy cone.
