Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the chicken mixture. Cook for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown.
  3. In a separate skillet, spread shredded cheese in an even, thin layer over medium-low heat and cook until crispy for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Warm the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side in the same skillet used for the chicken.
  5. On each warm tortilla, layer a generous portion of the cooked chicken mixture, followed by chopped dill pickles and shredded cabbage.
