- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large casserole dish.
- Spread an even layer of uncooked long-grain white rice across the bottom of the greased casserole dish.
- Place your seasoned chicken breasts or thighs directly on top of the rice, lightly season with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, fresh dill, and lemon juice. Stir until well-blended.
- Spoon the tzatziki sauce over the chicken and rice layers in the casserole dish, then pour chicken broth evenly over it.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Remove the foil and allow it to rest for a few moments before serving warm, garnished if desired.
