Step-by-Step Instructions for Beef Enchiladas
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for about 7-10 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Stir in chunky salsa with the cooked ground beef and heat through.
  4. Spread enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish and fill each tortilla with beef mixture and cheese, then roll tightly.
  5. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle more cheese on top. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and browned.
