Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and then turn it off to use the residual heat.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form (2-3 minutes).
- Gradually add granulated sugar while mixing until stiff peaks form (4-5 minutes).
- Gently fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips with a spatula.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
- Place the baking sheet in the warm oven and let the cookies set for 4-6 hours or overnight.
