Fried Burrata Preparation
- Begin by gently patting the burrata balls dry with paper towels to minimize moisture.
- Set up your breading station with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Carefully coat each burrata ball with flour, then dip into eggs, and roll in panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully lower the coated burrata into the hot oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- While the burrata is frying, prepare the spicy sauce by mixing mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, lime juice, and garlic.
- Once fried, remove burratas and drain on paper towels. Serve with spicy sauce and cilantro.
