Method
 

Fried Burrata Preparation
  1. Begin by gently patting the burrata balls dry with paper towels to minimize moisture.
  2. Set up your breading station with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Carefully coat each burrata ball with flour, then dip into eggs, and roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Carefully lower the coated burrata into the hot oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. While the burrata is frying, prepare the spicy sauce by mixing mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, lime juice, and garlic.
  7. Once fried, remove burratas and drain on paper towels. Serve with spicy sauce and cilantro.
