Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by patting dry the boneless, skinless chicken breasts with paper towels to ensure they sear nicely. Then, cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces for quick cooking and easy handling.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chicken pieces with flour, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Toss until each piece is well-coated.
  3. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and pour in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter to the skillet, letting it melt and foam.
  4. Carefully lay the seasoned chicken pieces into the skillet in a single layer. Cook without stirring for about 3 minutes, then flip the pieces and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Stir in the minced garlic and chopped parsley.
